Just a little nervous with not being able to inspect, the house is actually minutes from my own and it has been vacate for some time.

I'm nervous about my information being accessible to someone who would copy and paste my profile into his own, and I worry where else he might be copying my information to.  

But I am getting nervous about the screening process.

Closing on those next week I believe.I'm nervous but am jumping in - Hoping when we're done the economy is still decent - little worried about that end but hoping nervous and cautious is good.

I'm just nervous that if I put in a offer before getting a mold inspection done that I may have underestimated the problem.

MN also has some harsh repercussions for landlords if they should have returned a deposit, so I'd personally be nervous testing out in court if you can take the tenant's security deposit, even if you had a clear addendum.  

With the market being as hot as it is here, this made me pretty nervous.  

Not going to lie, I was nervous making the offer, because this is a big step up from SFR in my opinion. 

It's been quite some time since I've flipped so am really nervous getting back into this.
