Risks of an Auction

So what are the risks of an auction property in Pennsylvania? This one property is a Wells Fargo REO that I have been interested in but had no luck getting info from the bank on, it has now come up on my search on zillow as an "auction listing", "get it before it goes on mls". Can you see these houses with a realtor before or are you on your own? Is this the kind you by at the court house? How do you get info on it other than what's listed on zillow? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.
