My inclination is to side with the tennant and lease to her.

At the same time I think telling someone, it's the state approved contract would make them more inclined to sign than the brevity of the document.

Happy seller for them means they will spread the name of the broker as well as be inclined to go to that broker because they made it happen quick.

If it's a one time extermination, then I would be inclined to offer that.

They don't have the time or inclination to develop a skillset that you seem to be taking for granted.The calculators for less experienced folks serve both the purpose of forcing them to consider each input AND they perform the mathematical calculations needed to predict the future of the investment.Are they the one perfect solution to anyone and everyone?  

I suppose once I do some business with them and develop a rapport with them, they might be inclined to let me in on something before it hits the MLS??

Being single and overseas I simply have no inclination to dealing with calls about problems.
