New-ish Investor from Pittsburgh, PA
Hello BiggerPockets!
I'm Dominic and I'm a fairly inexperienced investor from the city of bridges and rivers. Currently I own a single rental property which is managed by family and rented out to trusted friends due to my job keeping me out of the country most of the time. I'll also be purchasing my own home shortly (once it's finished being built) and will probably be house-hacking it while I'm overseas.
A little bit about myself is that I work as a defense contractor for the US military in the field of IT. Right now I'm stationed in the middle east which affords me a large amount of income I can use for investing (but I'm quite far away from the actual deals). Primarily I'm very much interested in gaining quality experience in private lending and/or partnerships in which I can provide funding.
