Good on you for working to exercise empathy and understand her side of it. 

Any investors out there that have concurrently exercised these drop that knowledge!

By exercise I mean lift weights, do a treadmill, swim, box, jump rope or climb stairs. 

It's an exercise to think about how to intentionally design those spaces to imagine what they'd be used for ... while keeping flexibility in case I'm wrong.My interest is certainly in the same ballpark as you - namely, building communities and not just private spaces for people to live. 

Probably at a loss.4 - If after 4 years (or at any time during the option period) you still want to buy it, you just exercise the option...and buy it.The LO gives you the most control, the best profit structure, and the lowest cost.
