Do you exercise at your STR?
By exercise I mean lift weights, do a treadmill, swim, box, jump rope or climb stairs. I've got a 3 story house with a basement, so climbing up an down 3 flights of stairs is going to be my exercise for the next 12 months. Got to get in shape for hunting elk in the Rocky Mountains next fall.
