Then Had a  Property in Rohnert Park  next to the Graton Casino.. i bought in 95 for 27k bare land 4 acres.. city grew out to us brought us in .. upzoned us. ( keep in mind I spent ZERO on this other than 350 a year in prop taxs.) and we sold in January for 1.9 mil to a local developer.. 

After a friend’s enthusiastic recommendation, I decided to read Rich Dad Poor Dad which made me really excited about real estate as an investment.

I don't see large numbers of people crowding into bars, restaurants, airplanes, and casinos until the threat is reduced. 

A good one should be enthusiastic to work with you and provide open lines of communication.

Type of property: Single family home, manufactured home, RV/trailer, multi-family (specify unit count), mixed use (specify resi v commercial unit counts and approximate square footage distribution between the two), hotel, casino, mobile home park, other (specify).Looking at multifamily, 3 or 4 units preferred but the right duplex might be fine.

Casinos about 20 mins.  

Leverage that as your knowledge grows and while at the same time connecting with local real estate enthusiasts.

Brigantine is a great beach town and we get to enjoy the entertainment and dining at the casino's.
