Newbie in real estate
Is there any Mentor in New York that will help a newbie get started in rental property. I just thought I'd ask this question because studying by reading a book doesn't help me at all I'm more of a Visual and audio person. I'm glad they are audio version of the book then again I barely can get money since my checking account is always going to be overdraft and One credit card at negative $900 just paying minimum and if you're wondering the money is being given from mother out of her paycheck it could be $50 or $100 it's never consistent anyway and sometimes I wait long.
The fact of not having a job and not making any money it's starting to become a problem. I thought about real estate investing a month or month-and-a-half ago considering I watch HGTV.
I hope this message was not out the ordinary.
I'm getting a lot of people been in the same position?
