Carli my name is joez 😊 .I have been and investor many years .First a few tips read rich dad poor dad Robert KEOSKI to simplify investing .Second to me it's all about the numbers .If you have NEGITIVE cash flow and there is no room for growth you are not in the right place .Finally keep all your investments within 20/25 minutes of your home you will be taking many trips in the beginning to open doors or turn on switches lol .Look in a good deal there is meat on the bone say and older person neglects in a good area potential clean up and flip so on .Final piece kiss keep it simple spiggette it's in all investing books hey good luck any questions I am Always looking to learn and do better

We've purchased and read many books to include: The book on Managing Rental Properties; The book on Property Investing; The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No/Little Money Down; Rich Dad Poor Dad... and many more.

I have also listened to Gary Keller book, Rich Dad, Think and Grow Rich, 4 Hour Work Week, and numerous other business books.

I recently got my real estate license to increase income and then by fate my friend turned me on to BP which led to Rich Dad Poor Dad and my mindset has been altered.

Up until about a month ago, I new very little about Real Estate in general, then I picked up Rich Dad Poor Dad.

This domain is available and such names are easier to get and google algorithm reads a-b-c.com as abc.com so it doesn't make any difference if you own abc.com or a-b-c.com as long as you have targeted the right keywords with rich content on them.
