Hi BP- My name is Jake and I am brand new to the game. My story isn't all that unique from many on this website. I'm 30 years old, I have a decent career in finance, I have a growing family, and I'm looking for ways to build wealth. Up until about a month ago, I new very little about Real Estate in general, then I picked up Rich Dad Poor Dad. As a person who already deals with financial markets every day, even I was fascinated by this book. Since then I have immersed myself in getting educated and that led me to BP. I'm super excited to get started investing in real estate and I'm looking for all the help I can get.
