Creative Real Estate Investing

Hello All, this is my 1st time posting on Bigger Pockets although I read many, many, many posts… I’ve been looking for ways to get started or create cash flow until I make my 1st rental purchase and realized I've been sitting on a gold mine. I attended a class in which I was going to invest $25,000.00 (I know very, very, very silly) to learn all about the ins and outs of REI and was given a software by mistake that can generate all Cash Buyers, Pre-foreclosures and Foreclosures in ALL AREAS/STATES!!! Being we need to be as creative as possible, I figured I would charge an inexpensive amount for the listings to get started all while helping others…. Is this a good idea? What pricing would be reasonable as I don't want to break anyone's bank... I feel we can help each other wherever possible. Please advise.
