That is a big deal a co-operative tenant in showing is a really big help to fill an upcoming vacancy.As for reduction you need to run your numbers but I would think that really is too much of a reduction.

To me, that means that he's collecting up to $4,200 on each one and, theoretically, if I could find a lender THE LENDER--  you find will know the area and will give you an education after turning you down for a loan (unless you put up additional collateral, a co-signer and he rights to your next record album.)
