I’ve met many flippers on both ends of the spectrum, and many who lie somewhere in between.

Literally no money down is a beautiful thing, however on the opposite end of the spectrum, we are paid significantly less than your average American. 

The economy at the low end of the economic spectrum does not change that much with economic cycles. 

Think about it this way how many times do you see professional landscaping crews cutting grass at the homes of folks who are on the lower end of the income spectrum?

I’m in the opposite spectrum or your scenario. 

As everyone knows the rental market is crazy right now, yet I am considering divesting that property, or on the other end of the spectrum buying a few others to make my travel dollars worth it.

If you have leftover light and dark gray paints, you can mix them together (keep it on the lighter spectrum)- throw in a little light blue or purple (a little!)

On the other end of the spectrum, you have the properties in the areas with gang shootings, drug raids, low performing schools, and the neighbors with 5 aggressive dogs that attack the fence anytime someone walks within sight of them.

I am the other side of the spectrum from "make your money on the purchase" type. 

My side is small and was previously rented on the low end of the spectrum..the other side is quite large and totes 3 garage stalls and is rented quite highly.
