Panama City Beach,FL Investors outlook
Hi everyone! My name is Andres. I am a licensed Real Estate Agent in Florida, but I relocated to Reno,NV about a month or so before the hurricane. I have a very profitable rental house in PCB, except for the travel costs. As everyone knows the rental market is crazy right now, yet I am considering divesting that property, or on the other end of the spectrum buying a few others to make my travel dollars worth it. From what I can see from a distance, the market is in a weird place. I see some properties selling for more than last year, others not so much. Not being on the ground really makes getting reliable information difficult. I plan on visiting in the next couple months to do tenant turnover, but I wanted to ask the forum how the local market is doing from an investors point of view ahead of my visit. Thank you!
