Buying in Low Income areas
Hello All,
So I'm new to the real estate world and wanted to know if it is possible/smart to purchase low cost SFH in low income areas to create affordable rental housing. I want to build wealth while also giving people in the forgotten communities housing options. Is this a pipe dream or can it be done? With so many low income financing options out i can also sell. I'm thinking they can get the money but there may not be anything on the market. What about renting on Section 8?
