Some do apply, but that's not why it'll be superior.Real estate will be superior because the opportunity knocking on the door is the ongoing devaluation of the USD relative to any real asset class with limited supply.

I showed in another thread the supply trend and price trend, it's very linear which is not normal but I guess for markets sub median home price it's okay.

I've heard of mentees who started cleaning up construction areas on a flip at the end of each work day or picking up supplies at Home Depot and delivering them to the job site.

It always helps to understand supply and demand.A few years ago people in this forum were saying Austin was on a rocket ship to the moon because of all the tech jobs moving in. 

The only time I have been able to find below market deals on MLS was when the local real estate market had cratered and there was tremendous supply and little demand.  

It's a result of supply and demand. 

The broker does this for free because they get to supply the resulting force-placed policy.
