When we acquired the first of these properties - which is a "duplex" with one 4 and one 5-bdrm unit, I spent months planning to transition it into two completely separate apartments - it would have cost us a bedroom, but would have greatly simplified the administration (number of leases, turnover, etc).

I'm having difficulty understanding this type of wholesaling for some reason. And how often is this type of wholesaling used in today's market? Thanks in advance!

To slightly over-simplify things, all web platforms ultimately produce HTML, which is what search engine webcrawlers "read" to look at your site.

Again consolidate and simplify things by having everything on one site!

Talk to real estate agents etc...That may be over simplifying it, and every market has different challenges, but I live a pretty good life keeping it pretty simple.

Can it be built into a new lease agreement to simplify?
