Investors cleaning up

If you do a google search for real estate investing info - I got 12,700,000 just a few minutes ago. I do not have the time to search through this many sites. Why not have the investors putting out their info consolidate onto Bigger Pockest and eliminate a few of the numerous sites out there on the "web". Perhaps Josh can provide a certain amount of space for a mini-website for a set fee for X MB of space? By having everything on one topic centrally located - it would clean up the overall internet. This is just my personal outlook on the topic.

The other item that irks me somewhat is those who have separate websites and are on this one to try to draw traffic to their separate personal sites. Again consolidate and simplify things by having everything on one site!

What do you think?
