Recruiting other owners to move would prove to be very difficult because of the cost and stress of moving an entire home to a new location.

You are recruiting qualified tenants and screening out those who are not qualified. 

If not, try to meet with a recruiter in the field you would consider going into.

I make 3-4 trips per year to the markets I invest in to meet/recruit and team build.Finally, ALWAYS pay your contractors promptly and they will LOVE you and will make you their priority.Good luck Joel!

Both eXp and Keller Williams seem to be heavily into recruiting.

Some meet ups I have gone too are very... clichy & more so for recruitment.
