Looking to network with Rehabbers!

Hello Everyone, 

I am new to the game of flipping/rehabbing and would like to network with a couple in the local LA or CA market. I have done multiple rental properties and have read a couple of books on rehabbing. I understand the Inland Empire market and have redone a property before(my own rental). In meeting new people, I would be open to providing value to them in hopes of learning.
