The OP's post was about stopping unwanted mail.The opposite problem is not getting certain mail because it's being stolen by crooks, which is why I'm in the process of signing up for Informed Delivery.

Everything unwanted becomes junk.

Again though, you can find these opportunities elsewhere.Last and final disclaimer - I bought two RDE classes, and then after getting into the system I found that I could purchase unwanted classes from other students for as little as a few hundred a piece.

It brushes up with some rough areas but given its strong Italian Heritage, the town does a good job of keeping the unwanted out. 

HUD propertie I guess, listing period = exclusive - so only owner occupant, non profit organisations or government entities can offer anything.

I am still getting unwanted emails to this day and can't figure out how to get off the list.
