Investing in Cleveland, OH

I have been investing in Florida for the past 5 years and with the prices increasing, I am looking else where to invest. I have recently been travelling to Cleveland and I  have seen some great opportunities but would like to get the insights from a local. I do have an agent, however,  I would like to hear from others. I originally wanted Tremont area but the prices have gone up a little and there is so much work to be done. I am now researching Ohio City. During my searches I came up with some places in Shaker Heights that were reasonable and also Glenville close to University Circle. Any advice will be appreciated.
