It's not just the monetary payment amount that is important it really is about long term value of the property with access and cash flow sustainability.

You must submit all costs and payments when requesting the final judgment, so the amounts will almost always vary from the initial notice since as so much time will have passed and damages (monetary and physical repairs, etc) will have been assessed.

Several years ago I decided when I help a family member or close friend etc I don’t consider, plan for or expect any profit or monetary gain that way I’m not disappointed and there are no hard feelings if they don’t pay the rent or loan etc.
