Never Split the Difference Non-Monetary Items
Hello everyone! I just finished reading Never Split The Difference by Chris Voss and have been contemplating how I can use these tactics in my investing.
I'd like to ask the community about different concessions that can be made to a seller when negotiating price for a piece of property. What are some non-monetary concessions you have used in a negotiation to get the price you wanted? Even if you haven't used them yet any ideas are welcome!
