According to the IRS rules all transactions involving your IRA must be "arms length", meaning no disqualified person's involvement in any way, directly or indirectly.

So in a way, indirectly I considered I was profiting more due to this perk that nearby buildings didn't have, or in other cases something that was a necessity just to be on par with nearby buildings.
