Going to property tours inspired me to obtain my real estate license in the state of Georgia; and look further into property investing and helping others achieve their real estate goals.

That is where you will find real investors in those areas to connect with as well.

How do you evaluate if a property is ideal for flipping or if you should keep it as a rental?

Im presenting myself as a honest and transparent person looking to build relationships and learn the process of flipping a home.

This does pose a challenge since that real estate is a lot more expensive than if you go more west and south.
