But if it's possible, I'm going to do it.I make decent money but also have hefty bills (school loans, other debt from back in the day when I was a dumb young adult, childcare, child support) so I'm really keen on networking with people that can provide direction on igniting the fire with very little spark, so to speak.I look forward to interacting with and learning from all of you!

Don't ask me how this person was still in there house cause i have no clue, but anyway the bank filed a lis/pendens vs the homeowner back in 08' long story short i found out that property had (a high) child support lien on it so i decided to bail on the sheriff sale and sit back and figured the back would take it at auction.

Their child is a student at Northmont High School which is located in Clayton, but they are having to pay $6,000.00 a year for the child's school fees because they don't live in the school district.The family is looking to move immediately, and prefers to work with actual owners of properties, rather than property management companies.

You did this when you piled on the complexities of another child and renting your current house out - which to me is when you should be working 10X as hard to ensure that this situation doesn't cause you more stress.As for the lead time for documents.

Both sides are in fact occupied by owner- from what my agent tells me, it's a parent/child situation and no (or minimum) rent is charged.

I believe that 5th and Mifflin is in the Dickinson Narrows or Wharton neighborhoods.As far as the child poverty rate, Philadelphia has one of the highest poverty  rates, standing at 22.10 in the nation according to the last census report.
