Someone Looking for a House to Rent in Dayton, Ohio

A family is looking for a 3BR with preferably 2 of more baths to rent in Englewood or Clayton, Ohio, or as close to those two cities as possible. Their child is a student at Northmont High School which is located in Clayton, but they are having to pay $6,000.00 a year for the child's school fees because they don't live in the school district.

The family is looking to move immediately, and prefers to work with actual owners of properties, rather than property management companies. Please kindly notify me immediately if you do have any ideas about single homes for rent in or around Clayton, Englewood or Union, Ohio.
