I enjoy all my trips to Salt Lake City, especially when I can trout fish in Idaho on the way home!

I plan to meet with a broker this weekend to gain a feel for the area, and then hopefully get into some DMM after researching on listsource, Costar, etc. as well as cold calling, wholesaler networks, and any real estate meetups in the area to broaden my network as much as possible. 

And you'd benefit yourself by going to play golf, fishing or take a quick vacation trip - to make sure personalities mesh and build friendships among the members.

So I would find one or more suitable NNN properties, get it under contract, and then go fishing for a buyer for my multi-family property.

I don't know yet if everything can be solved with pipe dope, the 4 ft line can be fished out or tile will have to be broken to go those 4 feet to the main line.

Those lists/directions are beaten up, and it's a really small pond to fish in.
