BP is a great place to get your educational itch scratched, and also meet people within your area that you can invest with, meet with for one-on-one advise, and any other help that you may need on your journey.

I already booked a two-month trip to Thailand where I planned to scratch my traveling itch while learning more and networking within the solar industry.

I did all the work myself, but am already itching to hire a professional and incorporate things I just can't do.  

But once I can scrounge up enough extra cash I'm itching to buy another property.

I'm itching to get started!

Lots of nervous people just itching for the first sign of something bad to happen.

Otherwise, sell get the tax-free money, and put it in the bank and while you are out of the country and hear the market has crashed you can fly back and spend a week picking up a great deal if the itch to become a landlord is still there.

I bought a property (my first) in 2021 and I am now seeing that I am getting the itch, but I have no way to know how I am suppose to proceed.

Of course, the appraiser was itching to get into the house so he could get done because he had another appointment.  

Now I am itching all over.
