@James Wise Very interested in multi-family homes. I have one rental property right now. I unfortunately don't make much money off of it, due to the fact I rent it out to my parents.

I listen to all the podcasts. I'm itching to get started! I'm working on getting rid of credit card debt first. I should be debt free besides mortgages by December.
