By Building “affordable” are you talking about getting grants?

Thats not to say that there aren't people out there who have success in flipping in the sub-$150k market, just be prepared for the potential for longer marketing times and buyers using grants and other programs that complicate and slowdown the process.

There are certain people, like Grant Cardone, that can talk non-stop and it actually benefits them in negotiating because they can basically sell ice cubes to an Eskimo.

Went to inspect one yesterday in fact, as it was Unoccupied and the Realtor could grant me access...many you can not get into so it’s buyer beware.  

Granted, BP has lots of wonderful tools for us to use, but with over 1.7 million members it seems like we should be able to work some type of deal with Quickbooks to give members, or even just Pro members a discounted price.

I have been listening to Grant Cardone a lot lately and he brings up some good points. 

You ought to do minimum payments, grab an FHA loan with first-time homebuyer grants, and grab a quadruplex.

Working oversea's grants you a big advantage...
