New brewery in jazz district is opening this month. proposing the new baseball stadium is built in jazz district, as you mentioned walking distance to union, WW1 memorial, quick drive to crossroads...obviously im not looking at your financial analysis comparisons, so maybe if I saw that I would be swayed differently...at the end of the day tLongfellow seems to be on the up and up.Longfellow has more uncertainty as it is not fully 'realized' as a desirable market, so more risk. prairie village and plaza have a more solid track record of positive YOY appreciation, while historically, Longfellow has not appreciated at the same crazy rates those areas have...thats about all I have to say about that (*Forrest Gump voice)

Looks to me that they are located in some sort of stadium or business center, NRG Park in Houston.

@Jacob Smith thanks for the offer I will in fact be at Pewaukee lake Thursday thru Sunday and going to the state fair.. it been 30 years since I have driven up your way.I bought a Cirrus in Duluth in 04  and spent a week flying around N Wi in transition trainging and landing at a bunch of the airports there went into Oshkosh flew over packer stadium etc.fond memories.one idea you may have to scale is take these clients and bring them on as equity partners.. you do source manage do rehab work etc in exchange for equity and they go on the loan with you.I built a pretty big portfolio with this model.. got up to 350 doors then sold out in 2013. but if you have good cash flow there and your totally under the radar..

I own a 2 family on Sherman Ave. near Yankee stadium.

The new ACU football stadium and planned development should make things interesting on the NE side.

It is in a very good area and neighborhood, 5 minutes from Disneyland, less than 10 minutes from Angel Stadium and the Honda Center and close to schools.

About a year ago, I purchased a 3bd/1ba single family property that needs some work in a college town (< 1 miles away from the football stadium). 

Maybe around Inglewood near the new football stadium being built.All stupid laws like this do is encourage landlords to raise the rent a little higher than they normally would for fear of the market rents outpacing their rent increases.

I'm in area that is fairly close to both the new Atlanta Braves Stadium and close to the new Atlanta Falcons stadium.
