Culprit #2 is the sump pump discharge, if you have one.  

Totally reasonable like a gfci outlet by every sink, a cracked window, water heater pressure relief discharge pipe.

I recently filed bankruptcy, which should be discharged Dec. 11 of this yr.

Bankruptcy will be discharged Jan. 2017.

I called a plumber out and he just used his plunger to push the discharge in the shower back through the shower drain.

I am in a similar situation myself and have had troubling securing funding in Ohio due to a Chapter 7 discharge filed 2.5 year ago. 

Looks like it was discharge feb of last year.. he filed in 2015 actually.

@Steve This kills your argument:5.17.2.2.3 (03-27-2012)Transfer of Property Subject to Lien and Substituted Property After the federal tax lien attaches to property, it remains on that property until the lien has expired, is released, or the property has been discharged from the lien.

In another notes section it says "Chapter 7 bankruptcy discharged"... help!
