Applicant with bankruptcy

I just got my very first application! This lady meets our minimum qualifying standards, including income and credit score. But when I'm looking at her notes it lists bankruptcy. I'm so confused! Can you have good credit and have recently filed bankruptcy? She also checks out that she has a good job, plus the money from selling a house. She's moving from out of state. In another notes section it says "Chapter 7 bankruptcy discharged"... help!

You are going to have multiple applicant choices. Reject this one and move on to one that better fits your screening criteria.  Make sure to have set criteria that you use for screening every applicant.
