Personally, I'd recommend driving Charleston from the east side near Hollywood all the way to the west side and take the loop past Red Rock until it turns into Blue Diamond, then keep driving East on Blue Diamond.

Investor-friendly agents, the good ones, are diamonds in the rough, and we should be treated as such because 99% of regular agents don't understand investment properties and the metrics surrounding what we are looking to do as investors.
