Thanks I really needed to know that...Im trying to get my first deal going and the coach i paid for feels as though the 2 thousand bucks I gave him wasnt enough to coach me thru a deal...I LEARNED MORE OFF GOOGLE...Once again thanks for all your replies..So I dont need transactional funding for this deal or anything Just the Earnest Money and the LLC?......

I would not spend a ton on coaching or seminars.

However, I believe most of us after a while of trying to do this through free articles begin to look for a mentor or coach cause just like in sports that can accelerate the speed of success.  

Here is my guess, they are going to charge you a high fee to join their coaching program.

Not saying all mentors or coaches are bad, but how will you select the right one?
