They eventually sold their business to another company and things were fine after that.All the others were easy.If you are going to switch, you might want to try that after a resident moves out.  

Self management works if you are local and can separate emotion from business.

A lot of family businesses cannot stay in business upon parent death due to no longer getting the prop 13 property tax discount.

Personally I think Josh himself is innocent but the company definitely is involved in shady and deceptive business practices.

Airbnb dynamic pricing has ruined the whole industry.Airbnb's dynamic pricing isn't designed to get YOU a booking. 

First two deals were cash, we were running business out of the locations and had the opprotunity to buy.. no brainer :)

For example, $50,000 loan at 10% paid out evenly over 10 years.Like I said, super new to this part of the business, so trying to wrap my head (and spreadsheets) around it.
