Hello, I am considering a medium term rental myself for a period of 60 days, and was hoping to develop a solid pitch for the homeowner to provide payment outside of the airbnb platform.

I am wondering if this is a reflection of a shift in our rental market or if others out there are finding the data is skewed high on that platform.  

I have been beta testing the JP Morgan "Story" platform over the last year, and it has been extremely useful for helping to scale my firm's multifamily investment portfolio.

For example, All data for NY in Suffolk County and Nassau County on both platforms lags behind by about 7 months to a year.

It’s already listed with a local agent, but I’m looking for additional platforms that specifically cater to selling Airbnb or short-term rental properties to investors in the USA and Canada. 

BP hosts have promoted it, but I can't say why.Other platforms out there too.

My experience with the platform was a couple years back, but in Denver properties for rent got picked up VERY quickly on there. 

Many of our investors at our brokerage have pivoted to the rent by the room model through platforms such as homeroom or padsplit which is pretty prevalent across the south east and some other major metros.Happy to chat specifics - feel free to reach out in dms or contact info in bio!
