Best Platforms for Selling Unique Airbnb /Hotel Properties in Cabo, Mexico?

I’m currently selling a unique Airbnb property in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, which is partially constructed but operational with two rooms. It’s already listed with a local agent, but I’m looking for additional platforms that specifically cater to selling Airbnb or short-term rental properties to investors in the USA and Canada. I believe this would be a great property for a person from the states as most of our renters are from the US & Canada.

If anyone here has experience with this type of sale, I’d love to hear your recommendations and any insights you might have.
