I have posted 3 rentals in the last year- I use every available free service, and I have drawn tenants from each.1- April, realtor.com via cozy.co (previous tenant-young couple, rented it the year before based on lawn sign.)2 - August a) Zillow/Truliab) craigslistI do not go anywhere near backpage.

Let's keep the negativity around the asset class away...Mill Houses comprise much of the most affordable inventory in the Carolinas and other areas of the Southeast (Greenville, Spartanburg, Charlotte, Gastonia, Shelby, Triangle - Raleigh Durham, Augusta, Columbia, Hickory, Rock Hill).  

Anyone familiar with the Augusta, GA area?

I live in North Augusta, South Carolina which is nestled along the Savannah River across from Augusta, Georgia where I've spent most of my life.

I would like to invite all Augusta GA investors to the annual Augusta REIA Christmas party.

I have noticed that if you go north of Augusta you're pretty much on the moon as far as lenders are concerned.

My current residency is Hephzibah, GA (right next to Augusta).
