Sadly all of the callers wanted FMV or higher.

When we get there we’re met by sister of the caller who stated the same she’d been trapped in the apartment for about 4hours now and couldn’t unlock the door.

The cool thing is tho, it's like a 1-second hand-off to your cell so there is absolutely no delay or goofy prompts - the caller goes immediately thru and has no idea that the number is not a direct line.I don't want to broadcast the name of the vendor here, but if you're interested in checking out their service directly, just PM me and I'll give their name/website.

I can have a dedicated message for these callers.

This account has their address, name, recording of the call (in my state it's legal to do that, I don't know about TN), the quality of the call determined by a 0-5 star rating at the end, as well as any notes that me or one of my callers took on the call.

I have cold callers now that helped me do the job more easier and effective

Look for cold caller and acquisitions agent roles. 

After listening to the BiggerPockets Show 31 podcast about wholesaling with Lamar Cannon, he speaks about a voicemail service he uses that forwards callers to a voicemail where they can say some information about the property, their name, etc.
