here's whats going to happen now, they'll show up Sunday afternoon and find out they can't get in the house (b/c the locksmith already showed up today to change the locks) and call me furious they can't get into MY HOUSE and demand I come there to let them in.

These people break in and rekey the property and then put on Craigslist etc. and rent out like they are the owner and take money.

You may want to add certain specifications, such as in the event of a lock-out, the tenant is responsible for obtaining a locksmith to gain entry to the unit without damage to the premises.
