Loop hole in Shortsales/foreclosure a

I ran across a gentleman who is selling this program for $500 that will teach me how to make money during a foreclosure process. He even talked about having the keys for an abandoned property and able to rent it out. Does any on have knowledge of this process without me having to spend more money on a program. Thanks for your help.
