You can use the app layout on the phone to keep it streamlined, or you can switch to the full version and do basically everything you could do if you were in your office at your computer. 8) There are plenty of other helpful features that are shared with their competition but definitely function well in Buildium (tenant portal, tasks and to-do tracking, recurring transactions, rental ad posting, appliance warranty tracking, etc, etc).Overall, I am extremely pleased with my choice.

Ask your agent if they have access to FMLS and set you up on a "Multi-family" portal search.

I am in the process of trying to get a resident portal set up for online rent payments.

I've done research on all of them, using a title company, the property tax portal, and other resources.

I use it all the time in conjunction with the MLS Portal and even Zillow to look for deals when I'm not driving for dollars.I would LOVE to hear about anyone who IS using technology in a creative way to generate leads. 

My agent is easy to work with and I have a nice portal that gets me most of the info I want and daily emails of new or changed listings meeting my criteria and I can always go to the portal to see if anything has updated in the afternoon instead of waiting for the morning emails. 

Just my observation from running the lake a couple times a week, and seeing tons of hipsters at the lake, and at Portal for Brunch on the weekends.
