Hello all,I currently am enrolled at a University and have two rental properties right by it.

I've been listening to lots of podcasts, I'm currently enrolled at YouTube University, and I keep on hearing about attending a REIA meeting so I am taking that step. 

He also wanted me to enroll in the advanced math program (the school would be teaching ninth-grade algebra starting in seventh grade to those enrolled).

I noticed BU is looking to increase its total enrollment to 20,000 students by growing their graduate population and I’d assume this would positively affect the student rental market. 2) So far, I’ve noticed many student rentals on the south-east section of west side (13905) by Oak St., Seminary Ave., Walnut St., etc which I’m assuming are desirable because they’re closest to the downtown area.

I'm hopeful I can add real value wherever I can on the forums and with connections.I have over 20 years of corporate accounting experience, I was an Enrolled Agent for about 4 years, I was an endorsed local tax advisor with the Dave Ramsey Show for 2 years, and I've been a real estate agent since 2016.But I'm making the full leap into real estate investing as of Jan 2019 with a supportive husband and family.

Our enrollment numbers have increased over the past 5 years but I would say the number of "beds" coming online every years are 3 to 4 times that of enrollment. 

I'm a senior in HS but I'm currently enrolled in community college via their early admit program.

I am currently in high school, however I have a very flexible schedule due to dual enrollment at UCF.

Schools in Ypsi have come a looooong way in just the 9 years my kiddos have been enrolled, and improving every year.
