Great day! I'm Dorothy Griggs and I'm excited to be a part of the BP family.  I'm hopeful I can add real value wherever I can on the forums and with connections.

I have over 20 years of corporate accounting experience, I was an Enrolled Agent for about 4 years, I was an endorsed local tax advisor with the Dave Ramsey Show for 2 years, and I've been a real estate agent since 2016.

But I'm making the full leap into real estate investing as of Jan 2019 with a supportive husband and family. 

My goal is to have my first real estate deal within the next 90 days or less - been listening to a lot of BP webinars and acting on them. Any advice for me as I look to partner for buy & holds?

I have a background in property management software training ..was able to handle the tasks virtually. I was also an ISA and understand the importance of scripts with leads..just gotta transfer it to the investing side.
