Does anyone know of some good cities to invest in for multi family properties in Michigan? Specifically looking for BRRRR properties. Looked into Lansing, Jackson, and Westland/Ypsilanti but I fear the crime rate is too high in these cities.

Hi, @Steven Wiltse and others.  Thanks for the shout-out, @Chad Rider. Yep, I'm a resident, landlord, and agent in Ypsi.  Also, a parent with kids getting a pretty snappy education, @Joshua B..  Schools in Ypsi have come a looooong way in just the 9 years my kiddos have been enrolled, and improving every year.  We are happy and thankful for that.
