So you can pick any market really.

Who ever picked the LVP and didn't read the box is at fault.

This model works for me but it isn't for everyone.As Jonathan mentioned, have multiple conversations with agents/brokers, look beyond the "pitch", and just pick someplace where you feel you'll have the best shot at learning the business.

Pick your heat right other peoples money or Hard Money lenders there's pros and cons on using each.

We are analyzing a potential property as a short to medium-term rental and are struggling to pick a vacancy rate figure.

If you can get both then wonderful, but generally most investors pick one or the other as it suits their individual goals.  

Then you can pick the one that meets your needs and you feel will actually perform a quality inspection.

Try calling from a different phone if they aren't picking up when you call.
