Having an investor friendly title agent is critical.   

Value is the critical point you can offer.

I feel I have received some non verbal criticism because of my age .as much forums and podcast I review over and over I'm still left deal less .

Wordpress websites can range from poor to decent based on the quality of the template but the problem is twofold: Wordpress needs to be updated constantly to address bugs and security fixes (which is a pain to do), and Wordpress is primarily a blog engine and doesn't look great for bonafide websites.From my critical eye, I can tell when a website is made on Wix or Wordpress and not in a good way.

This is a bit too simple to use reliably, though some wholesalers do it.Plus there are 1009810948 threads about ARV and repairs right here on BP, and these 2 pieces are going to be critical to nail ASAP as a wholesaler.  

Momentum is so critical.  

Marketing is critical to your success.
